The Brand Outreach Audit is a one-time written service. If you have not submitted intake details, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once you submit a complete intake, work has started. After the report is delivered, the fee is earned and is not refundable except where required by law.

Request a refund from your Whop receipt or through the member area. Do not send payment outside Whop.
